I was appointed as an assistant headteacher at Ribston in September 2016. The focus of my role is supporting the excellent pastoral work of the school, and to monitor and support teaching and learning.

I feel privileged to be a part of a community that I have strong family links with, and am enjoying witnessing the Ribston spirit first hand!

I was appointed as an Assistant Headteacher at Ribston Hall in September 2020. The focus of my role is the strategic development of teaching and learning. I am passionate and committed to ensuring that all students receive high quality educational experiences within the classroom.

Having been a Middle Leader at Ribston Hall since 2011, I have in-depth knowledge and understanding of our school context. Driven by research based evidence in teaching and learning, it is exciting to be working in a learning culture that is underpinned by cognitive science.

I have been a teacher at Ribston since 2010 and was appointed Assistant Headteacher for culture and Ethos in September 2024. I am dedicated to fostering a positive and inclusive environment that supports the holistic development of every student.

My role focuses on embedding a strong, values-driven culture across the school, where pride, diversity, and community are at the heart of everything we do.
