Our Centenary Cathedral service took place towards the end of our Centenary year, on 6th January 2022. It was a wonderful celebration of our students and staff, past and present.
Speeches were made by Headteacher, Mrs Colombini, Head Girl Olivia Hughes, current pupils Georgia Barnes, Kiara Babar and Abigail Dermody, past Head Girl Zoe Sparkes, and Lead for Humanities and ex-Ribstonian, Mrs Derbyshire.
We enjoyed musical performances from our Senior Chamber Choir, including some of our staff, a piano recital from Bella Markham and a Harp recital from Nicola Dunham, both in Year 9. Our Year 11 Dancers performed a choreographed routine to Arrival of the Birds.
Our Deputy Head Girl team led prayers and Canon Richard Mitchell of Gloucester Cathedral delivered an uplifting welcome address, as well as a Valedictory Prayer and Blessing.
What a wonderful experience for all and a fantastic time to be part of the Ribston Hall community.
